ABOUT JAQ JAMES

​

Jaq James is an Australian with Anglo-Celtic and Iraqi-Iranian heritage. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from James Cook University, a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Laws (specialising in international law) from the Australian National University, and a Master of Education (TESOL) from the University of Southern Queensland.

She was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of the

Australian Capital Territory in 2012. ​

​

She teaches in the university sector in Guangxi, China.​​
